2011 NBA Playoffs Schedule: The 2011 NBA Playoffs is the postseason for the National Basketball Association’s 2010–11 season. Eight teams from each of the league’s two conferences will qualify for the playoffs, all seeded 1 to 8 in a tournament bracket, with all rounds in a best-of-seven format. The 2011 NBA Playoffs will begin on Saturday April 16, 2011.
The 2011 NBA Playoff schedule just got even more intense with the Boston Celtics losing on Monday night and the Miami Heat winning. When the Philadelphia 76ers lost their game to the Orlando Magic, it completed the seeding for the Eastern Conference.
The 3 division winners and 5 other teams with the most wins from each conference qualified for the playoffs. The seedings are based on each team’s record. however, a division winner is guaranteed to be ranked at least fourth, regardless of their record and their winnings.
