California 200 Crash Kills 8, Injures 12 due to Prerunner truck flies into crowd. The crash occurred around 8 p.m. PDT, when the driver of a Prerunner truck lost his control. The accident happens near a turn known as the “rock pile,” the Los Angeles Times reports.
California 200 off-road race held on Saturday 14th August 2010 near Lucerne Valley, 100 miles (160km) from Los Angeles. The race went smoothily and ended in tragedy as the truck hits the spectators.
