Geminids Meteor shower December 2010: The Geminids are a meteor shower caused by the object 3200 Phaethon, which is thought to be a Palladian asteroid. This would make the Geminids the only meteor shower not originating from a passing comet. Gliese 581G: Gliese 581 g or Gl 581 g, is an extrasolar planet, orbiting the red dwarf star Gliese 581, 20.5 light-years[2] from Earth in the constellation of Libra.
