Erykah Badu in Window Seat Video uncut: Erykah Badu shed her clothes as she walked along a Dallas, Texas, sidewalk until she was fully undressed and then fell near where President Kennedy was assassinated.
The result was a controversial video, released Saturday, for her song “Window Seat,” which Badu said was “shot guerrilla style” with no crew and in one take March 17. Children could be seen nearby as Badu stripped in Dealey Plaza, a popular tourist spot since Kennedy’s 1963 assassination.
She tweeted that “there were children there. i prayed they wouldn’t b traumatized.”
Erykah Badu needs to take a page out of the book of entertainers such as Patti Labelle, Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin, Nancy Wilson, Barbara Streisand, Shirley Bassey, Tina Turner, for example. These women would never have done what this trifling wannabe has done. She should have been charged with a misdemeanor.

If there is a child out there that has not been exposed to all the nudity that TV and the internet have to offer then lucky them for having Erykah Badu as the first to welcome them into the world of 21 century media.
When St. Francis disrobed before the people of Assisi there was backlash as well.
The point being made is more important than offending anyone with nudity.

Nudity is used as artistic expression in countries across the world, but in America people would rather fight a war than see a chest. I was watching “Southland” the other day, and they showed a young man with his face blown off. No one complained. But if there was a body to be seen, people would be protesting the television station. Who got together to vote on the idea that the human body is obscene? ALL women, men and human beings have their private parts . What’s the problem if people want to show them?

The term “uncut” is intentionally misleading. There are no links to an uncut version of the “Windowseat” video. All are pixelated, removed by Sony’s lawyers, or both.
