Mindy McCready Video Released in the name of “Baseball Mistress” : Mindy McCready says that she does not know anything about the video, and if the video was stolen, or is released without her consent, she will sue.
Mindy McCready allegedly swiped her hard drive, which housed the compromising footage of her, Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart lounging about nude and apparently stoned.
“We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports. However, we can confirm that any illegally-obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure,”says McCready’s attorney.
The Mindy McCready video “Baseball Mistree” is said to have a release date of April 19th.
Also seen in the clip is McCready being asked about former flames Dean Cain and Alan Jackson. At the mention of Jackson’s name, she makes a horrible face.
